Food Celebrity

I don't want to be a food celebrity, but I would like to find a way to share much more of my culinary skills for every day people and people with limited cooking knowledge and even ore limited cooking resources. Cooking with Coolio comes closest to what I want to do on a less flamboyant scale - see, not celebrity material. Flamboyant, bubbly, perky - those are what sells in the celebrity world and I'm not any of those.

I'm solid, earthy, intensely but quietly passionate.

I'm more of an Apollonian type of person than Dionysian, and Dionysian is what grabs the attention.

I suppose I need to be more Dionysian, more outgoing, flashier and showy.

Oi, what a task that will be!
