By virtue of the nice windy evening, most of the wet streets were dried before the temperatures fell enough to freeze them. The drive to work was fast and firm. Because a lot of people assumed it would be bad, hardly anyone was on the roadways this morning - my favorite kind of drive!
However, wind notwithstanding, I still have 3 inches of snow with a crust frozen firm enough to hold my weight without collapsing beneath it.
If Itzl had ice skates, it would be an Olympic sized ice skating rink for him. I wonder if they make doggie ice skates?
If not, perhaps I can make a set for him. Now I wonder how well he'd do ice skating. I'd have to use beginner blades on him, the wide ones that won't slice you up if you fall and scrape the blade across your hand or opposite leg, at least at first.
No, I am evil for even thinking of teaching Itzl to ice skate...
