http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2009/12/30/tech/main6036574.shtml?tag=cbsnewsSectionContent.11 This is both good (can you say Dealer's Room at a Con, or filkers hawking their tunes, or merchants at a RenFaire, or flea market merchants or people having a garage sale, just to name 5 uses?) and bad (can we say security incriptions, stolen IDs and stolen cards and fraud, not to mention how easy it will be to overrun spending limits?). I think the good sort of outweighs the bad. It's like a portable PayPal account. I like that. I may even be tempted to get a cell phone for that reason.
