Looking For Vials

I am looking for several items and don't mind if they are used or dirty so long as they are intact and very cheap - including the shipping cost.

I can find them on Amazon and some of them in Michael's arts and crafts stores, but they cost $1.00 or more each, and I really don't want to pay more than 50¢ each (including the cost of shipping). I need them no later than mid-March, so if I don't have any leads on cheaper ones by mid-February, I'll go the Amazon/Michael's route.

What I need are

2 dram (1/4 ounce) amber or blue glass vials with screw-on lids (about 3 dozen or so, will take corked, but prefer screw-on lids), and

2 - 4 ounce amber or white screw-on lidded ointment jars (covered petri dishes, if glass will do, but I prefer ointment jars),

screw-on lid glass test tubes (must be glass, clear is good, will also accept glass individual cigar bottles if they have screw-on lids), and

if you have any green glass bottles 4 ounces or smaller, I might go as high as $1.00 per bottle for those (if they have good screw-on lids) up to 2 dozen bottles.

If you know of sources for these within 100 miles of OKC, I'll even drive out to pick them up myself.
