This bill was poorly thought out, poorly written, and deserves to die.
I do think we should be much more concerned with food safety, and the place to look and regulate is large corporations, food manufacturing facilities, or anywhere that mass-processes or produces food. Those are the places where the room for error is both the greatest and needs to be the least.
