And nary a drop of Mexican blood in me, yet that won't stop me from enjoying Mexican culture with burritos, tacos, and bunuelos.
Just as being without Irish blood doesn't stop me from enjoying colcannon and barm brack on St. Paddy's Day.
I wish we celebrated more ethnic festivals so I could have an excuse to indulge in the food of that ethnicity more often.
