You can't be "inclusive" if you exclude groups, even mainstream groups.

Being mainstream is not a sufficient reason to exclude a group or their activities and symbols and festivals. To be inclusive, one makes room for the minority groups as well as the majority groups - enough time spent on each so that everyone feels a part of each.

Even though I filk, I find it offensive to change the words of traditional songs and passing them off as the original. Filk is far from mainstream and it never tries to pass off the filked version as the original version. That is a form of disparagement that excludes a group of people - even if they are the majority group.

Inclusive would be having a holiday party that acknowledged all the participating groups. Run it like a bazaar, with each group getting a table or section of the room; or run it entirely secular without any religious symbols at all; or mingle the holy day symbols and be prepared to talk knowledgeably about each and why it's there.

I taught my children with the Montessori method as a supplement to public schooling - at no time was exclusionary behavior condoned. This kindergarten, claiming to be Montessori and claiming to be abiding by the Montessori philosophy, is full of fail.
